Make up Sessions and Refund Policy
Enrollment Agreement:
Payment and Attendance Policy To ensure high-quality instruction and fair compensation for our teachers, all sessions must be paid in advance.
  • Group Sessions: To keep our programs affordable, we do not offer refunds or prorated credits for missed group classes. If a student is absent, a recording of the session will be provided so they can stay on track with the curriculum.
  • Private Sessions: We require a minimum of 24-hour notice for rescheduling. With proper notice, we will move the session to a mutually convenient time. Missed sessions without 24-hour notice are not eligible for makeups or refunds.
  • Cancellations & Refunds: Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; however, cancellations are not retroactive. A cancellation will stop future billing for the following month. We do not offer refunds or prorated credits for the current billing cycle once it has begun.

AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMSWe are Spanish Tea Time ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in Texas, United States at 9901 Tanglebrush Dr, McKinney, TX 75072. We operate the website http://www.spanishteatime.com (the "Site"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").
These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Spanish Tea Time. By accessing the Services, you agree to be bound by these terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

  • Private Sessions: We require a minimum of 24-hour notice for any rescheduling requests. Sessions rescheduled with proper notice will be moved to a mutually convenient time. Sessions missed without 24-hour notice are not eligible for a makeup and will not be issued a refund.
  • Subscriptions: Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellations are not retroactive and will become effective for the following billing month. We do not offer prorated refunds for the current billing cycle once it has begun.

6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIESYou may not:
  • Systematically retrieve data to create a database.
  • Trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users.
  • Interfere with security-related features.
  • Use the Services to compete with us or for any unauthorized commercial endeavor.
7. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONSThe Services may provide the opportunity to submit "Contributions" (text, photos, feedback). You warrant that your contributions do not infringe on third-party rights and are not offensive, harassing, or illegal.
8. CONTRIBUTION LICENSEYou retain ownership of your contributions, but you grant us the right to use, store, and process any feedback or data you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENTWe are not responsible for any Third-Party Websites linked through our Site. Use them at your own risk.
10. SERVICES MANAGEMENTWe reserve the right to monitor the services, take legal action against violators, and manage the site to protect our rights.
11. PRIVACY POLICYBy using the Services, you agree to our Privacy Policy. Data is hosted in the United States.
12. TERM AND TERMINATIONThese terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We reserve the right to deny access or terminate accounts at our sole discretion for any reason.
13. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONSWe reserve the right to change or remove content at any time. We are not liable for any downtime or interruptions.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
  • Informal Negotiations: Parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally for 30 days.
  • Binding Arbitration: Unresolved disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Collin County, Texas.
16 – 20. LEGAL PROTECTIONSThe services are provided "AS-IS." We disclaim all warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you during the six (6) month period prior to any cause of action. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the services.
21. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURESVisiting the Site, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that all agreements, notices, and disclosures satisfy legal requirements for written communication.
22. CALIFORNIA USERSCalifornia residents may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs.
23. MISCELLANEOUSThese Legal Terms operate to the fullest extent permissible by law. If any provision is deemed unlawful, it shall not affect the validity of remaining provisions.
