Are you ready to bio-hack your stress response and practice Spanish and English at the same time? Join us for a session designed to regulate your nervous system and help you reinforce both languages, making your brain more flexible.

How it works:
Using growth-oriented phrases to "rewire" thought patterns.
Sound bowl vibrations designed to shift your body from "Fight or Flight" into the Parasympathetic state.

Where Language Meets the Real World! Our highly anticipated yearly tradition is back!
TexMex for Kids & Teens is more than just a party—it’s a high-energy immersion experience designed to get students out of the classroom and into the "real world." At Spanish Tea Time, we believe that Courage is built through action.
This two-hour event is the perfect "bridge" for students to practice their Spanish in a relaxed, social environment while enjoying the best of our local culture.
What to Expect:
Get Active: Wear comfortable clothes! We play high-energy games (yes, water balloons are likely!).
Stay Hydrated: Please bring your own water bottle.
Community: Share food, stories, and laughter while building empathy and making new friends.

Join us at 11:30 AM at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in McKinney for a targeted review session on Spanish restaurant vocabulary. At noon, we’ll head to the Mexican Bar Company to put our skills into practice over lunch! This is an adults-only event designed for real-world immersion. Come and join us!
